Students consistently reported having a trusted adult within the district. Students appeared to have positive relationships with the adults, and adults have strong relationships with the students.
Middle School staff morale is low and more exploration is needed in this area. 
Middle School and High School students reported having choices for extracurricular activities and they enjoy participating in these activities.An area for growth would be to support SPED staff and paras to take an active role in the classroom, potentially with co-teaching.   
Parents reported feeling welcomed when interacting with the office staff. Clear objectives posted in every classroom would benefit the students.
 Effective classroom management strategies were observed and students appeared to be well behaved.Increased focused on student collaboration and curiosity would increase engagement.
