Staff feels comfortable approaching building leaders with needs, concerns, and other issues because of the positive, strong relationships they have established. 
Principle feedback from the admin interview indicated a desire to learn how to use summative and formative data to drive instruction.
The admin team has a desire to work together to be better for the staff, students, and community.Staff would welcome more admin presence in their classrooms to work collaboratively or for informal observations.
Positive working relationships among administrationParents feel that communication breaks down as a student gets older.
