Enhance professional communication and community collaboration
Ellicott School District is committed to fostering enhanced professional communication and strong community collaboration. By engaging parents and guardians, we build partnerships that support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Research shows that effective communication and collaboration lead to higher achievement, better attendance, and stronger engagement (Henderson & Mapp, 2002; Epstein, 2018). At Ellicott, we ensure families are informed, involved, and empowered partners in education.
